What You’ll Need for a Successful Extension
To qualify for a Spouse Visa extension, you must meet the following key criteria:
You’re still in a genuine and ongoing relationship with your sponsoring partner
You meet the financial requirement (currently £29,000 per year, or via savings)
You have an English language qualification at A2 level or above (unless exempt)

What Comes Next – ILR and British Citizenship
